How long will it take for me to get my pottery?

Great question! All orders are custom made based on order specifications. You will receive updates as your one of a kind piece is being created!

Can I order an item in a different color?

Absolutely! Most orders are custom made based on order specifications. I will reach out shortly after an order is placed to confirm all customizations.

Can I expedite an order?

If you need your order within a specific amount of time, I’m happy to work with you! However, this doesn’t guarantee that I’ll be able to fulfill your order within a certain timeframe. Please email me at samstrangeceramics@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Is your pottery dishwasher/microwave/oven safe?

I fire my glazed pottery to over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure maximum durability. All glazed pieces are safe to use in your dishwasher and microwave, but not the oven. Raku and pit-fired work are not dishwasher, microwave, or oven safe. Please refer to the description for the specific piece you’re inquiring about for confirmation.

Is your pottery food safe?

Yes! All glazed pieces that are created for food and water use are glazed with specific non-toxic food safe glaze. Raku and pit-fired work are not food safe. Please refer to the description for the specific collection you’re inquiring about for confirmation.

My pottery arrived broken. When can I expect to have it replaced?

Oh no! I do everything I can to ensure that your pottery arrives safely, but unfortunately occasional breakage comes with the territory. Please email me at samstrangeceramics@gmail.com and we’ll find an immediate solution.
